    (* These vegetables can be succession planted for a more constant harvest.)
  • By Transplant…Lettuce*, Onions, Scallions*, Leeks, Broccoli*, Cabbage*, Parsley

EARLY TO MID MAY

  • By Seed…Seed Potatoes and Parsnips

AFTER LAST FROST DATE (+/- MAY 31)

  • By Seed…Beans and Cucumbers
  • By Transplant…Cucumbers, Squash, Tomatoes and Sweet Potatoes

ONLY AFTER NIGHTS ARE WARMER (+/- JUNE 7)

  • By Seed…Corn
  • By Transplant…Eggplant, Peppers, Melons, Celery

WHEN YOU HAVE TIME (BY MID-JUNE)

  • Kale and Brussell Sprout

 

LATE SEASON PLANTINGS…

  • AUGUST: Broccoli, Cabbage, Lettuce, Mustard, Scallions
  • SEPTEMBER: Spinach, Mustard
  • OCTOBER: Garlic (Must be planted for harvest the following summer.)
